Over and over at Luxury Travel Advisor we hear about the hot wave in luxury rentals. Your very own home—away from home. We hear that the waterfront La Villa Mauresque, on the French Riviera, is launching a luxury concierge service this year.
Situated between Cannes and St Tropez, in a small village called Boulouris, La Villa Mauresque is protected by a crenelated wall and is composed of two Moorish villas dating from 1860 and built by the famous architect Chapoulard.
It features six seafront bedrooms with a large private pool and direct access to a private harbour. The Villa Mauresque Azur has 11 bedrooms, seafront spa center and direct access to the private harbour. Both villas, rented separately or together, are designed to welcome up to 41 people.

In response to growing customer demand, Villa Mauresque is adding private concierge services, a concept that, while huge in North America, has not caught on in Europe as quickly.
Villa Mauresque delivers standard services in the rental package (VIP welcome, housekeeping, etc.), but will promote its private concierge services with various a la carte items to fulfill client expectations (think catering services with a private chef, babysitting services, setting up water activities, organizing taxi-boat rental to access Cannes and St Tropez).
