Wining and Dining in Beverly Hills at the New Bouchon and Bar Bouchon |

In November, the long-anticipated Bouchon restaurant opened next to the Montage Beverly Hills. Fans of Chef Thomas Keller-- whose triumvirate of restaurants (including French Laundry) rule Napa's Yountville-- will be thrilled to get to savor his Michelin-starred cuisine in L.A. as well. Like the original Bouchon, named for the bistros in France's food capital of Lyon, this restaurant serves oysters, classic bistro dishes, and seasonal offerings. The latest buzz: Bar Bouchon (pictured at right) opened its doors just days ago and it's getting a flurry of media attention. Small plates are rich and delicious, and "good if you don't want to splash out on a full meal at Bouchon upstairs." Grab a seat in the sunshine outside on the terrace and sip a glass from Bouchon's much lauded Vin de Carafe program.
